As a Customer Contact Representative on our Sales and Service Centre, you answer travel related questions coming from the trade department. You suggest to travel agents to use AFKL.biz and help them to solve their own specific problem while visiting the website. You look for improvements in the process and take further action if needed.
You give general information, support and service in an effective way to travel agents in order to improve customer satisfaction.
You give information to trade customers on flight fares, complexes technical questions, assist with service request and explain advantages of the company’s product over competitive airlines and searches for alternatives if the customer’s initial wish cannot be fulfilled in order to conclude a sale
and to increase turnover for the company.
• General (HAVO) or Professional (MBO) secondary education level of work and perception
• Good Knowledge of English and fluent German both written and spoken.
• We prefer experience in working at a call centre and/or in a travel/ airline related industry.
• We provide you with a six months contract based on a starting salary of € 1.800 gross per month.
