As a Customer Contact Representative in our Sales and Service Centre you answer travel related questions coming from KLM’s customers and, if applicable, travel agents. You suggest opportunities for them to fly with KLM and make the travel reservations or help them solve their own specific problem while visiting KLM website. You look for improvements in the process and take further action if needed.

Profiel

  • Professional (MBO) secondary education level of work and perception
  • Good Knowledge of English and fluent in the Norwegian language, both written and spoken.
  • We prefer experience in working at a call centre and/or in a travel/ airline related industry.
