Customer Contact Representative (Eng, Dutch , Port, Fr, Germ, Ita, fulltime)

As a Customer Contact Representative on our Sales and Service Centre, you answer travel related questions coming from Air France/KLM’s trade. You suggest to travel agents to use AFKL.biz and help them to solve their own specific problem while visiting the website. You look for improvements in the process and take further action if needed.

The department is open from Monday till Friday, 09.00-18.00 hours. You will be scheduled in flexible rosters.

Tasks and responsibilities
Trade Services
You give general information, support and service in an effective way to travel agents in order to improve customer satisfaction.

Malfunction input
Signals any malfunction in systems, procedures or on the website and provides input about this malfunction in order to improve efficiency.

Technical support
You give information to Air France/KLM’s trade customers on flight fares, complexes technical questions, assist with service request and explain advantages of the Air France/KLM product over competitive airlines and searches for alternatives if the customer’s initial wish cannot be fulfilled in order to conclude a sale and to increase turnover for Air France/KLM.

• General or professional secondary education level of work and perception
• Fluent knowledge of English and Dutch, knowledge of a third language is preference
• Preferable experience in handling trade (Travel Agencies)
• Experience in working with computers

We provide you with a six months contract based on a starting salary of EUR 1.800,00 gross per month.
