

As a Customer Contact Representative on our Sales and Service Centre, you answer travel related questions coming from KLM’s customers and, if applicable, travel agents. You suggest opportunities for them to fly with KLM and make the travel reservations or help them solve their own specific problem while visiting our social media, for example Facebook and Twitter. You look for improvements in the process and take further action if needed.
You give general information, support and service in an effective way to travel agents in order to improve customer satisfaction.
You give information to trade customers on flight fares, complexes technical questions, assist with service request and explain advantages of the company’s product over competitive airlines and searches for alternatives if the customer’s initial wish cannot be fulfilled in order to conclude a sale
and to increase turnover for the company.
