Regional Account Manager

Tasks and responsibilities

To support the growth of our activity and to reinforce the SSC, our client is looking for Regional Account Managers (m/f) inbound– multiple foreign languages Working in a diverse, international and fast-paced call center environment, you will be in charge of selling a full range of products and office solutions (e.g. offices, conference rooms, communication services, video-conferences, Business world...) together with our external Area Sales Managers (ASM) in a defined territory. You will receive inbound calls from prospects enquiring a business solution and will assist them in identifying their office needs, recommending the right products and services and booking them into tours for relevant locations in order to converse the inbound enquiries into product sales.

Profile

To be considered suitable for this role, you will have/be:
• At least 1-2 years prior inbound- or call center experience.
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills and commercial awareness.
• Strongly customer service focused.
• Ready to work in a rapidly changing environment.
• Fluent in Dutch and English(both oral and written)
